The classes were undertaken to orient and educate on wine appreciation, and, for people to better understand French wines. The three hour class will equip the wine novice with the basics, as well as broaden the knowledge of even the long time wine enthusiast and aficionado. The discussion is highlighted with images, diagrams, maps and charts, handouts... supported with wine tastings. It will provide the basic yet necessary tools and methodology for anyone to appreciate, understand and comment with simple words, the quality of a particular wine.
